i think i’m addicted to being sore.
it’s just not a good workout unless it hurts the next day! yesterday i burned over 1,000 calories in my workout, and today i am feelin’ it!!
i love it.
btw… did you know that 10 minutes of vigorous jumping on a trampoline burns 200 calories? yep. it does. google it. (burns calories 3x faster than jogging at 5.5mph) i jumped for 35 minutes yesterday (among other things)… burn baby burn!! ;)
